I/we the parent, guardian, or otherwise responsible party(ies) of the above named participant(s) in the Firth Little Buckaroo Rodeo, hereby give my/our consent of his/her participation in any and all Little Buckaroo Rodeo activities. I/we assume risks and hazards incidental to such participation, and I/we do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, and/or other persons involved in the Firth Little Buckaroo Rodeo, in the event of any injury to this child due to his/her participation in the rodeo.
